Clearwater Nursery was established in 1996 by Clearwater Landscaping to grow cold hardy plant material for landscapes specific to the intermountain west.  On a small piece of land and one horticulturist our journey began.  We spent our first 10 years as a wholesale grower and supplier of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees to high quality garden centers and landscapers with similar climates in the intermountain west.  Soon our plant material was reaching markets in high elevation climates like Aspen, Park City, Jackson Hole, Lake Tahoe and many other areas across Utah, Eastern Idaho, Wyoming, North Eastern California, Montana, and of course the Wood River Valley. We now maintain two locations in the Valley, twenty-two full production greenhouses, and over seventy-five acres of plant production. Our greenhouses are equipped with rolling benches, boiler generated bottom heat, grow lighting, and automated boom watering. Our field productions of shrubs and trees are grown in both a pot and pot container production and a standard field production. All field productions utilize drip and micro spray watering coupled with an intricate pond supported, triple sand filtered, double pump water delivery system. 

In 2005 we started the Clearwater Garden Center in Bellevue Idaho allowing us for the first time to sell our locally grown plants, flowers, shrubs and trees to the retail customer.  The Nursery also merged with Clearwater Equipment, a full service small equipment dealer, to offer a truly unique combination of services and products. We offer a showroom full of top brands of equipment at prices as good or better than the box stores. We stand behind or products with an experienced and quality service department for all your repair needs.
